In November, C Concept Design’s visionary masterplan for ZF Devco and the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar’s state-of-the-art Passenger and RoRo Ferry Terminal officially broke ground at the site in Maruhubi, Zanzibar.

CCD is part of a consortium of Dutch and Tanzanian companies, embarking on a groundbreaking initiative for the development of a new Ferry Terminal in Maruhubi, Zanzibar. The signing ceremony was presided over by the President of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar, Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi.

Ballast Nedam Development’s Rotterdam Building has had a huge success with its Grand Opening on November 16th, showcasing the historical building's new look and feel. C Concept Design is pleased to assist in the realization of the new Rotterdam Building as well as the Grand Opening.

A beautiful green residential area called 'Tussen de Leijen' will be built on the northeast side of Rijen. The plan area will comprise a total of approximately 375 ground-level dwellings in the form of terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses.
