Nordlandt is a partnership between local government and industry partners eager to respond to the growing demand for homes and lifestyles that are truly energy neutral.

All residences were sold in advance of the delivery of the first homes in the third quarter of 2019. Today, all homes have been realized and occupied.

The project uses sustainable city heating networks instead of natural gas in an effort to reduce CO2 emissions and advance the Dutch initiative to eliminate the residential use of natural gas by 2050. Special materials including the prefab hull and foundations, the PV panels, and special brickwork mean the EPC is significantly lower than the norm.
