Tanzanite Mall is an 80.000 m² GLA mixed-use project. CCD provided the concept and design development of the commercial program for the Master Plan. The Tanzanite Mall is the first international standard mall in Tanzania and will be the focus of commercial leisure and entertainment activities in the region.

The mall introduces an inviting mix of international and regional brands in the multi-level shopping center with offices, apartments, and an under-building parking facility for 2,500 cars. The Tanzanite Mall offers a major shopping hub for Tanzania. The mall will be a magnet for the community and visitors alike with appealing entertainment offerings and leisure activities.
