This mixed-use master plan is located along the Tanzanian coastline to the north of Dar es Salaam and in the heart of the Mikocheni district. The program includes retail showrooms, serviced apartments, apartments, offices, a community/ conference center, and a parking silo.
Everything is positioned around a central plaza that has restaurants and shops. The master plan for Tanzanite Park was developed according to the principles of Vastu, the Hindu and Buddhist science of architecture and construction. The 6.36 Ha site of Tanzanite Park contains 85,000 m² of program wrapped around a central plaza.
